We offer personalized service and cater to your specific needs at this very special time. Our wedding coordinator works closely with the couple to ensure that they are happy with all the plans.
The wedding would be held inside our courtyard area on the sand with the Caribbean Sea in the background. The couple stands under our decorated wedding canopy with their backs to the sea.
The actual ceremony with the minister is approximately 15-20 minutes with photographs taken during and after the ceremony in various scenic locations. We can provide tents at cost with covered seating for the required number of guests.
The tents and canopy are professionally decorated with sheer material, attractive garden flowers, lights and ribbons. We offer a selection of colours to customize the Wedding theme. A separate table is set up with the floral arrangement, champagne and two glasses, as well one for the Minister for the signing of the documents by the bride, groom and witnesses. The chairs, signing table and cake table are also covered and decorated with the wedding colours.
The Minister obtains the marriage license prior to the ceremony. He speaks with the groom briefly just before the ceremony to verify their information. The Minister provides a temporary marriage certificate at the ceremony. After the ceremony the documents are submitted to the Registrar General’s Office for processing, two certified Marriage Certificates are provided approximately four weeks to two months after the ceremony.
Our Signature Wedding Package includes the Minister’s cost, marriage license and two certified copies of the marriage certificatea bouquet of fresh flowers for the bride and boutonniere for the groom, a floral table arrangement, one bottle of sparkling wine, a professional photographer to provide 40 images on CD or 24 photos and a Jamaican one layer wedding cake vanilla flavour topped with fresh flowers and the filling of their choice.
The reception would be held under the decorated tents where a buffet style dinner (15 or more people) is provided with covered seating for the required number of guests. Tables are each covered with table cloths and a centerpiece decoration. Individual table floral arrangements can be provided at additional cost. The choice of a menu is available from our restaurant. A Disc Jockey or live band is available and they can play for both the ceremony and reception if needed. Our wedding package includes a wedding cake that serves 4-6 people, we would arrange for a larger wedding cake and include pricing based on the number of people attending the wedding. A videographer can also be arranged at cost.
Cancel 200-106 days prior to the wedding and reception - US$100.00 cancel fee
Cancel 105-80 days prior to the wedding and reception - US$150.00 cancellation fee
Cancellation between 79 and 60 days prior to the wedding/reception - US$200.00 fee
Cancellation between 59 and 40 days prior to the wedding/reception - US$300.00 fee
Cancellation of wedding and reception less than 39 days prior will attract a US$500.00 cancel fee
Cancellation of wedding and reception between 38 and 15 days prior will attract a 50% cancel fee
There are no refunds for cancellations made 14 days or less before the wedding and reception
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR USE OF THE WEDDING OPTIMIZER AND DISTRIBUTOR
The Wedding Optimizer is a proprietary software program owned by Honeymoon Wishes providing an online program for third party wedding venues through its websites, programs and computer servers, with free distribution to travel agents, wedding planners and online wedding sites referred to collectively herein as "Distributors".
The wedding optimizer is a software tool which is used by third party locations who host weddings to show their venue(s) available wedding dates and times on a calendar, it also gives the venue the option to display their products and services which may be for sale. The wedding optimizer and the "Distributors" have no control over the content posted by the Third Party Venue and cannot verify its accuracy, they are not responsible for and makes no representations or warranties with respect to any user content. You are solely responsible for your access to, use of and/or reliance on any user content. therefore you must conduct any necessary, appropriate, prudent or judicious investigation, inquiry, research and due diligence with respect to any content displayed on the wedding Optimizer. We are NOT a party to any transaction you may enter into with Merchants who have been posted on the Wedding Optimizer by the third party. If you have any questions, concerns or claims regarding a product or service you purchased displayed on the wedding optimizer, please address these to the relevant Merchant. You are also bound by all the terms and conditions of the Third Party Venue website who is using the wedding optimizer to display their venue(s) available wedding dates and times on a calendar, products and services. Please read their terms and conditions as it relates to any product or service you may buy before you purchase.
By accessing or using The Wedding Optimizer, you are a "user" and you accept and agree to the terms above (the "Terms and conditions of use") as a legal contract between you and The Wedding Optimizer. These Terms and conditions are in addition to the Venue's terms and conditions which you are currently using. We may post changes to the Terms and conditions of use at any time, and any such changes will be applicable to all subsequent access to or use of The Wedding Optimizer.
If you do not accept and agree to all provisions of the terms and conditions of use, now or in the future, you may reject the terms and conditions of use by immediately terminating all access and use of the Wedding Optimizer, in which case any continuing access or use of Wedding Optimizer is unauthorized.
